Week 1. Find Your Identity.
In Week 1, you’ll take a journey to unleash your true identity, define your vision, mission and values and your Why. By the end of this module, you’ll create your personal mission statement that will serve you as a guiding star in your personal and professional life.

Week 2: What do you want to be known for? Unearth your key expertise.
In Week 2, we are going deeper to define clearly your expertise, what makes you unique and find your Ikigai your reason d’etre and what you want to be known for. You’ll also survey your wider network to get their feedback on how they view you to have a complete picture of yourself.
Week 3 Which Problem Are You Solving?
In Week 3, you’ll define your ideal audience and the biggest problem you solve for them.
You will get out of your head and talk to real clients/prospects in your desired niche, test your assumptions and create your unique selling proposition (USP). You’ll learn the fundamentals to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and how to discover the right keywords for your niche to be visible when they search for your services.
Week 4 Articulate Your Brand Message
In Week 4, you will create a clear and powerful brand message that speaks directly to your ideal client and shows them exactly how you are going to solve their problem. You’ll have the opportunity to pitch your message to the community and get constructive feedback. You will also learn how to create compelling content for your LinkedIn profile ready to implement.
Week 5 Communicate Your Message
In Week 5, you’ll put into practice your previous learning to create an All-star LinkedIn profile that attracts your ideal audience and generate qualified leads. You’ll create a content strategy and an engagement strategy to connect with your audience and start to build your community.
You’ll also create your website wireframe that you can easily use to create a website that converts.
Week 6 Create a Sales machine: Turn your leads into paying clients
In Week 6, you’ll learn how to create a system to turn your followers into paying customers and raving fans. You’ll also learn how to have a sales conversation with your prospects without being sales-y or awkward.
You’ll learn how to create a simple daily business development system that keeps your pipeline full of prospects and stop going from feast to famine.
Week 7 Launch Planning and Celebration week
In Week 7, you’ll design the right rhythm in your business to explode your productivity and profitability. You’ll also put together a promotion plan to launch your new offering and test it in the next 90-days.
