OUR FOUNDER

Francine Beleyi is an award-winning bilingual French-English digital strategist specialising in marketing and branding, business advisor, author and international speaker.

After 10 years as an employee in the corporate world, Francine didn’t feel she was making much of a difference. So, she decided to start her company, nucleus of change, in 2008 to guide individuals and small business owners through personal and professional transformations.

However, Francine faced a significant challenge—how to make herself visible to her ideal clients. Determined to overcome this obstacle, she immersed herself in learning the art of promoting her services. Investing countless hours and substantial resources, she became captivated by the power of marketing, particularly branding.

Since then, Francine has shared her expertise with over 4,000 individuals and organisations, delivering coaching, training, and mentorship in both English and French. Her guidance has empowered countless individuals to adapt to change, clarify their brand identity, and establish themselves as authorities in their respective fields.

VISION

We see a world where people do meaningful work and live a meaningful life. At nucleus of change, we believe that organisations can reach their highest level when they have happy employees who love working for them, perform at their best, and become powerful brand ambassadors.

MISSION

We are on a mission to make organisations a place where people are valued for who they are and the unique value they bring.

VALUES

Our  core values underpin how we do business.

Responsibility

We each have a responsibility for our lives and our future and by seeking the knowledge, help and advice from others we can get to that next level

Unconventional

We each have unique ways of doing things and by not following the pack we are able to bring our own perspective to solve the challenges we encounter.

Pioneering

We stay ahead of the curve. We are future focussed and understand that what worked yesterday will not necessarily work tomorrow.

Empowering

We teach how to fish rather than giving the fish, enabling others to do it for themselves.

Experimental

We explore and love to make discoveries; we are always open to new possibilities.

Freedom

We thrive when given the freedom to engage in our magic and deliver on our promise.
